I work in the areas of natural resources, conflicts, governance, impact assessment, strategic planning, evaluation. I have worked with many development agencies, government, law makers and civil society to improve policy and practices in natural resource management. I have helped many communities to secure their access to natural resources and other basic human rights. I have played a central role in the revision of Myanmar's fisheries law and the development of legal aid law and land use policy.

• Ensuring access to Fisheries and Natural Resources for small-scale fishers, farmers, and forest users
• Conservation and other environmental protection
• Restoration of stability and social justice in Myanmar
