Rahayu Harjanthi, MA
Senior Researcher
- climate mitigation & adaptation
- Natural Resource Management
I have comprehensive professional experience designing and delivering research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects that address complex sustainability challenges. My work centres on just transition, energy transition, GEDSI, climate finance, climate change mitigation and adaptation, and natural resources management with a strong interest in ensuring that policies and programmes are grounded in evidence and responsive to the needs of diverse communities.
Over the past 5 years, I have worked closely with national and subnational governments, development partners, civil society organisations, and local stakeholders across Indonesia. I have led multidisciplinary projects spanning socio-economic assessments, policy and institutional analysis, mixed-methods research, participatory approach research, programme evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. I also have experience coordinating project planning and implementation, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams, and translating research findings into practical recommendations, policy inputs, and tools that support more equitable and inclusive decision-making.
